So how does losing weight quickly and naturally sound? I don't know what other people have told you, but I can say this, if you follow proper techniques and strategies, it isn't that hard to burn that extra fat! Many experts suggest that you diet; however we all know that dieting isn't fun because it has too many restrictions.

You'll be glad to know that there are other ways of losing fat instead of dieting. This article will show you those ways and how they work!

1. Starvation Diets are unhealthy: We all know our bodies weren't meant to go long periods without sufficient nourishment; this is why starving yourself with a skimpy diet plan can be dangerous. Dieting sounds good from a certain perspective, for example: if you go without food for too long, you will continuously lose weight! But the minute you start eating at normal intervals again, you will gain all of that weight back, if not more!

Biologically speaking, the human body is designed to combat any form of starvation. Back in the day, when you went without food for too long, your body would store fat deposits from whatever food you consumed in order to survive. Your metabolism would drastically slow down, which as you know, contributes to obesity. Nowadays our bodies are still designed to combat starvation in the same way, so if you starve yourself, you'll slow down your metabolism so that when you do begin to eat normally again, your body will be store excess amounts of fat!

The rule still remains same: if you starve yourself, your body will think that it is starting to die. It will then take the necessary steps to survive: it will slow down your metabolism and store fat as emergency calorie reserves used for fuel! This is the reason why most dieters will regain any weight they do lose as soon as they return to their regular eating schedule!

If anyone tries to tell you that eating is the sole cause of weight gain, and that you should severely limit what you eat, I can tell you for sure that they are wrong. You'll definitely gain weight if you DON'T eat! But you have to eat right; you can't just load up on cookies, cake, and McDonalds and expect to lose fat.

2. Eating frequently is the secret to fast fat loss: Simply 'eating' is not enough for fast weight loss; you need to make sure that you are eating frequently as well! But don't eat more than your normal diet, or eat even when you are not hungry. You should break down your large meals into smaller meals and spread them out throughout the day.

If you are like most people, you will probably eat three large meals over the course of a day. Doing this slows down your metabolism and increases fat deposits! Instead, you should separate those three large meals into six or seven smaller meals and eat every two or three hours.

This has two great advantages. First, eating frequently keeps your metabolism going throughout the day. Second, it will help to eliminate hunger and cravings for junk food! Just remember that portion control and timing is the key to losing weight fast! - 15485
