Where do you make your costumes (what is your work area like)?
My messy basement-studio. Well, it's not messy as in grungy, dirty, but more like messy in that there are chunks of fabric on the floor (as well as many strings), pattern pieces piled on a table, bins that are supposed to be holding notions upturned on the cutting table, chunks of half-completed costumes lying on the ironing board, and stuff on hangers hanging on every part of the wall/ceiling that they are physically possible to hang on (such as nails in a ceiling stud holding my purses).No.? We do not have the pattern for our costumes.? Dance costumes are very intricate and are not easily sewn. In order to ensure that all of the costumes are done on time, and look the same, we use the same company to make all of them.
