3 Ways To Eliminate Belly Fat

Losing weight can be easy, as long as you utilize a few healthy techniques! These techniques are not only easy, but they dont require you to take any pills, or any other type of nonsense. They also have nothing to do with dieting! This article reveals 3 easily implemented changes that will dramatically increase weight loss!

1. Breakfast is the king: Every morning you wake up from a 9 or 10 hour fast! So, obviously, you need to re-fuel to your body by eating, or by breaking the fast, hence the word break-fast!

We all know the rule that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Only most people dont know that not eating a proper breakfast leads to weight gain. Most people eat a small breakfast (some people skip breakfast all together!), a medium sized lunch and a large dinner. Eating this way only increases the odds for weight gain!

In order to lose weight fast, you need to reverse your eating methods. This means you should have a large breakfast, your breakfast should be the largest meal of the day, and your dinner should be the smallest one! Just think about the concept, if you have a large dinner, you will usually go to sleep soon after. Naturally, your body won't be able to burn all those extra calories. It will instead store them as fat deposits because your activity levels are at zero when you are sleeping!

If you reserve the largest meal of your day for breakfast, your body will have the entire day to break down the calories, sorting out what it needs and what it doesnt need. This means that you will stop weight gain in its tracks!

2. Sugar and weight gain: Sugar may taste good, but sometimes too much of a good thing is bad. As is the case with sugar, which is easily converted into fat by your body. Sugar can give you a jolt of energy, but it will also cause cravings, which will inevitably cause you to eat more, and furthermore, gain weight.

Cravings will cause you to eat more sugary foods and continue to put on more weight. Healthier alternatives to sugar are potatoes, rice, natural fruits and vegetables, bread, pasta, etc. Just remember, sugar is bad glucose, healthier alternatives produce good glucose.

3. Water speeds fat loss: Drinking plenty of water is essential for losing weight naturally and staying healthy! Remember that no matter how much water you drink you wont gain weight, water cant convert into fat. And if you have a hard time waking up in the morning, it is probably because you are dehydrated.

Remember that your body requires sufficient water in order to maintain even minor bodily functions. If you don't supply it with enough water, it will begin storing water instead of flushing it out. This results in increased weight gain, which is not fun! - 15485
