The Top Five Reasons Your Quick Diet Loss Is Not Working..

Well you've started the diet. Two weeks have gone by and no quick diet loss as promised by the promotion you read. Well don't be too disheartened it could just be the diet sucks, or is not suitable for you.

However before you consign yet another diet plan to the bin make sure your trouble losing weight is not related to any of the reasons below.

1. Oh dear yet another crazy quick fix diet plan we have chosen that we know before we start won't work. Please stay away from the quick fix diets as all you will do is waste money and weaken your resolve.

2. Ok you've opened the diet information,prepared the ingredients and suddenly expect your body to love quick fad diets. I don't think so.. Your body will be shuddering and thinking oh no not again when you offer up 2 celery sticks and cabbage soup.

3. Any successful diet has to be planned. Its no good starting one diet with half the ingredients or no time to follow the plan through. Fail to plan equates plan to fail.

4. Well you could have just chosen the wrong diet for you. Always bear in mind just because a famous, stick thin celebrity has lost the majority of her body weight in 48 hours you will.

5. We diet for events and not as a long term life plan. It is no good just losing weight for weddings,christenings or any other social gathering because I know it is a hard fact but life is not one social gathering. Hey if it was we would look great everyday.

There are other reasons why quick diet loss and quick diets fail miserably. But those are the top ones. - 15485
