What amenities are offered at the Royal Lake Club S& R Complex?
Both the Men’s Changing Room and the Women’s Changing Room feature a sauna room. Both are equipped with showers, lockers, towels, and all shower amenities. Q.What types of cardiovascular and strength training equipment do you have? A.Kath: I rarely take note of the calorie burns on the machines so I'm not quite sure of the exact numbers compared to my heart rate monitor. After 30 minutes on the Stairmaster I am usually at about 275 kcal burned and I think I've seen the monitor report numbers like 350-400, so it's pretty far off. - 15485
